SoFi Stadium Employee Fired for Threatening to Call ICE on Group of Latino Guests
An employee working at SoFi Stadium has officially been terminated after a video, in which she threatened to call U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on a group of Latino attendees, went viral on social media. The incident occurred after a Los Bukis concert on February 20 at the Hollywood Park complex in Los Angeles.
The controversial video shows a tense confrontation between the female employee and some concert attendees. In the clip, she loudly shouted: "Don't put words in my mouth," before uttering a threat: "Yes, before I call ICE," and immediately left the scene.
Although another male employee attempted to intervene and de-escalate the situation, he was unsuccessful. Those present filmed the entire incident and repeatedly cited the female employee's threat to call immigration authorities as evidence of inappropriate behavior.
A representative for the venue confirmed to The Post that the woman in the video was an employee of a third-party service provider. A spokesperson for Hollywood Park emphasized that they do not tolerate such behavior and confirmed that the individual is no longer employed there.
Hollywood Park is a large commercial and entertainment complex in Inglewood, including the renowned SoFi Stadium. It serves as the home stadium for two famous NFL football teams, the Los Angeles Chargers and the Los Angeles Rams.
Currently, CSC Security – the security company believed to be the direct employer of the female employee – has not yet provided an official response to requests for confirmation regarding her employment status. The incident continues to draw attention from the immigrant community in the California region.
