LaGrange Police have arrested two teenagers in connection with a series of car break-ins that occurred at multiple apartment complexes from February 16 to 18. The two suspects face numerous charges related to theft from vehicles and drug offenses.

Police arrested two teenagers in connection with a series of car break-ins that occurred at multiple apartment complexes from February 16 to 18.

According to the LaGrange Police Department, Bertum Carter, 18, and Cymir Zeigler, 19, face multiple charges related to theft from vehicles and drug offenses. Police identified two vehicles believed to be connected to the string of incidents, located them, and arrested the two suspects around 1 AM on February 22.

Multiple Apartment Complexes Targeted

The targeted apartment complexes include Bridgewood Apartments on Bridgewood Drive, Laurel Crossing Apartments on Park Place, Valley Ridge Apartments and Autumn Ridge Apartments on Mooty Bridge Road, and Prose Apartments on Vernon Road.

Authorities stated that additional charges may be forthcoming. Police have not yet released specific details regarding the circumstances of the arrests.
